Owning a home still represents the American dream and Cliff Rowe and his son Scott have worked side by side for nearly 25 years in the construction business.

Their field experience provides the knowledge necessary to take raw materials and create the dream of any home owner.
Between them they have a total of 65 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, and are licensed in the state of New Mexico.

Cliff and Scott have built many commercial and residential buildings in Texas, Arkansas and New Mexico. They have consulted on numerous projects with other architects and project managers.  

When they decided to move to Ruidoso, it was only a matter of time before the Rowe’s went to work on their next project.  The development of residential projects came naturally as both men shared a vision for expanding Ruidoso's residential community. 

They fell in love with the natural beauty and versatile climate of our area.  As the two men shared ideas, the developments of Gavilan Gates, Escondido Hills and their Luxury Home Division were born.
