About Rowe Home Development

Cliff and Scott set a goal to target all levels of the Ruidoso Area residential real estate market.  

They began with building luxury homes in the Eagle Two development in Eagle Creek Canyon.  By the end of 2006 they had completed and sold 3 luxury homes.  Each of the homes averaged 6500 square feet on 5 acres lots, with many custom amenities.  The 4^th home is under way and sits on 6 acres with approximately 6200 square feet.  There are still 2 lots available for development.  

The next level of the market targeted is with their Gavilan Gates Development. These homes will range in size from 1650 to 2200 square feet.. This development will also include a group of high quality town homes.

The Rowe’s third project, Escondido Hills, will target the entry level home buyer and range from 1000 to 1500 square feet.
